La Maestr\u00eda en Dermatolog\u00eda Hospital General San Juan de Dios se fund\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2014 a cargo del Dr. H\u00e9ctor Salvador Porres, con un objetivo en mente: formar m\u00e9dicos especialistas en dermatolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica para la ense\u00f1anza, aprendizaje y servicio al paciente. Y con tres principios fundamentales: Academia de alto nivel, servicio excepcional y profesionalismo.<\/p>

Somos un grupo de m\u00e9dicos que est\u00e1 comprometido con ofrecer a los pacientes los diagn\u00f3sticos y tratamientos m\u00e1s seguros y efectivos, todos interesados en cuidar de manera personalizada la salud y bienestar de la piel, pelo y u\u00f1as de forma integral.<\/p>

El maestro Dr. H\u00e9ctor Salvador Porres Paredes se form\u00f3 con varios maestros de la dermatolog\u00eda como el Dr. Latap\u00ed en el Hospital Pascua de M\u00e9xico. Durante su postgrado le surgi\u00f3 la motivaci\u00f3n de fundar una casa de estudios en Guatemala. En el a\u00f1o 2014, logra cumplir su meta al inaugurar la cl\u00ednica 15 en la consulta externa del Hospital General San Juan de Dios, donde empez\u00f3 a laborar la primera promoci\u00f3n de dermat\u00f3logos especialistas.<\/p>

Siguiendo la l\u00ednea del tiempo, en el a\u00f1o 2015, se incrementa el n\u00famero de aspirantes a 4 plazas; el siguiente a\u00f1o, se inaugur\u00f3 la segunda cl\u00ednica en la consulta externa de adultos del HGSJDD. Actualmente, se cuenta con cl\u00ednicas especializadas en dermatolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica, cuidado de \u00falceras y dermatolog\u00eda pedi\u00e1trica. Adem\u00e1s, dentro del programa se estudia venereolog\u00eda, criocirug\u00eda, dermatoscopia, micolog\u00eda, cirug\u00eda dermatol\u00f3gica y dermatolog\u00eda est\u00e9tica. Por pertenecer a un \u00e1rea hospitalaria, se cubren urgencias dermatol\u00f3gicas de los diferentes servicios, que enriquecen el manejo del paciente y el conocimiento de m\u00e9dicos residentes en formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
